The Liantis-touch
How do you maintain a well-known, trusted brand while making it feel fresh and relevant to current and future employees?
That was the challenge Liantis, a business consulting company with over 2100 employees, set out to solve.
Their answer: the Liantis-touch. A warm and caring touch that creates space for personal and professional growth. Our challenge was to bring this strategy to life and reveal the people-centred culture at the heart of Liantis.
Real people, real touch
At the heart of this campaign are real people. Twenty-two Liantis employees — from receptionist to CEO — stepped in front of the camera, playing with a graphic element and making it their own. What shines through is their energy and the personal touch each person brings.
A line that connects
We chose to visualize the “touch” as a rounded, flowing line. It highlights the unique impact of each employee and also becomes a unifying gesture, embracing the entire team. We added a subtle handwritten layer and softened the brand’s signature purple into a warmer tone.
Every detail aligned
To make an employer brand feel authentic, every detail needs to work together. We translated the brand into a practical guide with clear guidelines for visual identity and tone of voice, covering everything from colour palette, graphics and photography to copy and layouts across different platforms.
Custom icons and symbols
We created a bespoke set of icons and symbols inspired by the Liantis-touch. These are used across internal campaigns, posters and everyday communication.

Making people feel seen
The response to the campaign was overwhelmingly positive. Employees across the organisation recognised themselves in the stories and appreciated seeing their personal contribution reflected in the employer brand.
For future candidates, it revealed a welcoming company where people matter, growth is encouraged and everyone has the opportunity to make their own mark.
